I finally launched my first app 🥹📱

I built ZeroGallery completely on my own.

The idea was simple: I had way too many photos on my phone, but cleaning my camera roll always felt painfully boring.

So I turned it into a swipe game.

That’s a really good point, and actually something I’ve been thinking about too.

The idea is that once you review a photo, ZeroGallery remembers that decision so you shouldn’t keep seeing the same “maybe” photos over and over again.

I want each cleanup session to actually feel like progress, not like starting from the same pile every time 😄

Solo app building is basically:

10% idea
20% vibe coding
20% fixing what vibe coding broke 😭
50% figuring out how to get people to actually download it

With ZeroGallery, I’m doing everything myself: design, coding, App Store stuff, TikTok, ads, analytics, all of it.

I thought building the app would be the hard part.

Turns out marketing is the real boss fight. 📱

Building an app alone is such a weird experience 😅

One minute you’re designing a screen, then you’re fixing a bug, making a TikTok, checking analytics, replying to feedback… and somehow you’re also supposed to figure out marketing.

ZeroGallery is still tiny, but seeing real people use something I built from scratch is pretty wild.
