@HiltonHotels Palmer House Chicago. Once a Chicago icon, now an embarrassment. Family visiting had very disappointing experience. Fingernail clippings all over room, bathroom, & carpet. Lack of cleanliness and black mold throughout deteriorating hallways = renovate or close!
