NEW: Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for using a sledgehammer to behead a WW2 Iwo Jima monument in Quantico, VA on Tuesday is a Mexican illegal alien & former DACA recipient whose legal status expired this year.
Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property.
Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.
As a convicted criminal and attorney, you should know a federal judge reviewed and approved the arrest warrants for all defendants. We stand by our cases. More arrests of noncitizens who voted in California are coming. We will not let you disenfranchise any American citizen by diluting their vote.
I’ve kept my mouth shut for a long time about #meangirl@megynkelly. She used to be one of my closest friends and then she ghosted me after she endorsed @andrewcuomo for mayor and I told her she broke my heart. Her comments about @1capplegate are disgusting. Having #MS for over 20 years, she knows how long it took for doctors to diagnose me. I think Christina is brave for telling the truth and I’m grateful she became a voice for so many of us. I will have much more to say about this when I’m well enough. I’ve been sick for several weeks in and out of the hospital but when I’m well enough I will comment more. https://t.co/INdc1kIaCh
Wait a minute. Which candidate is this campaign ad for? Is it paid for by @XavierBecerra ? I am so confused why Xavier is promoting giving out drug paraphernalia and creating publicly funded shooting galleries And he’s a no-bail moron.

“Protecting the American people from fraud remains a top priority for the Department of Justice,” said @AGToddBlanche. “The Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program (WHIP) offers everyone the opportunity to be part of the solution, help expose fraud, and be rewarded quickly for their efforts. I urge all Americans to use this program and play an active role in bringing fraudsters to justice.”

The media narrative in California keeps shifting as they struggle to respond to overwhelming evidence of tens of thousands of ineligible voters on the state’s rolls.
Claims have evolved from “there are no ineligible voters” to “only a very small number,” then “it’s a common clerical error,” and finally “they didn’t really mean to register and vote.”
None of these are legal defenses to criminal charges. California should immediately cooperate with the federal government to avoid subjecting noncitizens and itself to further legal jeopardy.
You’ve gotta love how grandmothers walking through the Rotunda is an insurrection, and Third World migrants setting fire to cultural relics is a student protest.
The plan: scare & harass conservatives from participating in politics and government. Run you out of the public square. And re-open the gates to unfettered, anti-Western mass migration. That’s their plan.
That’s right. You bail them out with billions in tax dollars when they burn people’s homes down. In return, they make generous campaign contributions to you and the legislature.
