Live from PULP, you are witnessing the unboxing of Occamy by @LucaBeniniZhFe. Our 432-core Multi-TFLOPs RISC-V-Based 2.5D Chiplet System for Ultra-Efficient (Mini-)Floating-Point Computation came back from assembly at Fraunhofer IZM https://t.co/GMps7YYIcB! More news coming soon.
Here is Hedwig🦉, the interposer in GF65 that will host two Occamy dies and two HBM modules. We are so much looking forward to see this module assembled and back in our lab. This project has been generously supported by @GlobalFoundries, Rambus & Micron. https://t.co/9EQ1jRT0UW
We just taped out Gezora, the brother of our earlier chip Garamon #kaiju. Gezora by @ProfStuder's group is our first chip in 2022 in 22nm🤣 generously supported by @GlobalFoundries University MPW Program. Artwork by @ZerunJ. https://t.co/wvzZ54abCR
It's Friday and we are giving you Darkside, our latest OpenPULP-based chip that just came back from packaging. Darkside has 8 different RI5CV cores and four new IPs to speed up the computation on DNNs. How do you like it? https://t.co/2stYgF7mhf 🎸

DogeRAM, our chip to test a new Reduced Pin Count (RPC) DRAM interface, is back from packaging. Much DDR, such desin, very chipp, low pin coumt 🤣. WOW. Such a cute chip has to work, right? 😇🐶 Logo by @ZerunJ https://t.co/hmwSyVO081
Message to all PULP fans who celebrate the beginning of the New Year today:
新年快乐 ! Happy New Year...of the tiger!
Starring the mighty tiger from Zoo Zurich.🐯🎇🙂
We are very happy to see Garamon back from fabrication (with generous support from the GlobalFoundries University program). Check it out:

Garamon is a design from the Integrated Information Processing Lab https://t.co/BoEsqikAt7 by @ProfStuder. #kaiju
Yun, the first tape-out of Ara, our RISC-V vector extension engine to Ariane is back from manufacturing! We are about to storm the tester room.🤣https://t.co/daQvvvN3oI
The Chinese character Yun in this case stands for the Sun 🌞 (not a cloud).
The weather is not very stable these days, but there are bright spots, as well 😃. From our offices in Zurich, we managed to observe a rainbow. Both the primary bow and the less intense secondary bow are present. The secondary bow has its color sequence reversed 😜🌈.
Meet the Microelectronics Design Team, the latest addition to the team Zerun, followed by Beat, Frank, and Alfonso. The Design Team https://t.co/HZXhI4l00z supports IC, FPGA and PCB design activities of PULP and ETH Zurich. We need more support for all the chips we are making 😃.
