@AbsaKenya this lines at Yaya center are too much. Why is there only 1 teller working but we can see 3 tellers. And then that 1 that is working is taking almost 1hr with one customer. Then now there's disgruntled customer shouting at the customer care who also isn't helping

I swear to God @AbsaKenya branch for Yaya has to have the slowest service recorded to man. My ticket says 2 people waiting but it takes a whooping 1hr 30mims to get served yet all tellers are operating.
