@SynthPotato Assuming the reason was hardware limitations + docking being a loading screen instead of something physically happening. They redesigned the islands to accommodate no loading screens and added docks to some (like Nassau).

@SuperSisi Also btw, if you look at their financial reports, Sony has gone up by ~ 20$ in that area ( optical / microlens supply) and it makes sense to focus on driving that sector up, especially since the PS6 allegedly will cost almost $1000 to produce and they have to subsidize some.

@SuperSisi Even if 500,000 people cancelled PS Plus, its like 1% of revenue, they don't care about that. It'll also recover in time. The losses from people not buying due to lack of physical will be more than made up for in the savings and additional margin bonus from going all digital

@SuperSisi I think its fairly obvious and not really deceptive that Sony won't back down. Digital sales have roughly 15% higher margins, no shipping costs, no storage costs, no production costs for physical media that 15% of people use. All of them can go, they'll still make more money.
