الاتصال ب 800155 يأخذك إلى
١٥ دقيقه من قوائم لا تنتهي من الخيارات وبالنهايه الخدمه الاكترونيه تعد باني سأستلم اتصال
الاتصال يأتي من خدمة إلكترونيه ايضا ليعتقد عندي خلل بالراوتر لتعطيني حل بإطفائه وإعادة تشغيله
لكن هذه ليست المشكله !!!

بعد ان باعونا الباقه لا احد يعطينا اي تعليمات كيف نحصلها
لا يوجد اي طريقة اتكلم مع احد بخدمة العملاء

HSBC is treating this so casually as a dispute & will take 90 days to respond ! Not only loosing money it could keep happening!

It’s unbelievable how many #fraud attempts have targeted our @HSBC_UAE credit cards recently. In just a few months, there have been 5 attempts,with two successful transactions through @AmazonAE in the last 48 hrs, totaling nearly 5K AED.Shockingly NO OTP was sent @centralbankuae

Not only you are giving the worst customer service but in fact you are enabling theft and fraud and you don’t want to do anything - shame on u
