@HMRCcustomers@HMRCgovuk this has happened again! 1 hour 33 mins on the phone call only to be chopped off again! This is utterly disgraceful - you owe me money and have now wasted 6 hours of my life on telephone calls! I need to be given a direct line - asap!
@HMRCcustomers disgraceful service again. Spent 1 hour 30 on the phone to be cut off as usual, with no explanation - phone just went dead. I am owed money and still unable to get simple answer after submitting everything on time.
@HMRCcustomers Yes, was pretty rubbish - not unexpected. Just said you should expect a reply mid - June. Last year I got paid back in 2-3 weeks, this year haven’t even got a response in 6 weeks

@HMRCcustomers Still available to claim, after having done it twice. There must be a better option than a public forum and/or waiting 1 hour 30 mins every week on the phone

@HMRCcustomers If you could provide an email so I can escalate that would be great. The individual I spoke to was terrible and hardly spoke either. Kept saying she’s checking things on my account before hanging up
@HMRCcustomers Thanks, I’ve just had the phone hung up on me. After 1 hour 31 mins without any explanation. I submitted a repayment of my self assessment weeks ago as I overpaid tax. I have called twice to see if this has been processed and both times they said no and hung up
