I’m not sure to agree with @FastLife here
“What have they been doing for 3.5 years ?”
Most importantly: they’re still here 🤣
They kept communicating, kept building, and kept the community active through the bear market, while 99% of 2021–2022 P2E projects completely and quickly died.
But even during that time, they never stopped building.
They kept the community alive with:
- Discord and in-game events
- Speedrun contests
- An airdrop campaign on Epic Games Launcher around a year ago
- Public playtests
- Collab with @Ronin_Network
- Pre-Season 1 in February
- And now Season 1 on May 25
- ...
Goog games take time to build, and they were always clear about that. Season 1 for Q1 2026 was announced a long time ago, so none of this is really a surprise.
Sure, they probably made mistakes.
And the end of Treasure wasn’t easy.
They had to shift back to Arbitrum, which obviously took time etc
But honestly, the game was very profitable for me and my friends, so it’s hard for me to act like they gave us nothing and just extracted our funds. I made good money from cosmetic drops, and playing the game boosted my Arbitrum airdrop a lot, pets were profitable too, and now the TGE is getting closer.
Yes, they made money. So what ?
That’s called running a project 🫡
Building a game, paying a team, and staying alive for years costs money.
The real question isn’t “did they make money ?”
It’s “did they disappear after making it ?”
And clearly, they didn’t.
@The_Beacon_GG 👏

I have serious questions about The_Beacon_GG tbh...
I've seen a lot of people talking about it for a few days, as if it was an alpha, an early thing (''Season 1 is coming!'').. But does everyone have a short memory?
They launched end of 2022, it was November or December, I don't remember the exact date. We played a lot, they generated a lot of money thanks to Arbitrum' pre-airdrop hype.
What do they do for 3.5 years? Where did all the money go?
As a reminder:
- We had to pay 40 bucks to buy a character
(It was mandatory to play their game / enter dungeons);
- We bought a lot of them to be able to do dungeons several times every day;
- Items with different rarities were found and sold on secondary market (Trove). They took a lot of money from it thanks to fees;
- Then there were 'Gen-0' pets eggs that were minted, and sold at 4 figures...
_____
Not a free attack. The game was fun and it allowed us to spam a lot of tx on Arbitrum / farm the airdrop.
But the vibes is strange. It seems like they reheat their dish years later, encouraging influencers to share their referal, but what's the reason? Do you really think it's to distribute a super generous airdrop?
I have a serious doubt... It looks like holidays in Dubai are over and they need to fill the fridge again.
Let's see:
- If their 'Free2Play' version allow you to earn enough rewards, it'll be a good bet if you like dungeons games.
It's still free money when playing, no one spits on it.
- But if the 'Pay2Win' is the only way to earn something decent, you'll know that the holiday in Dubai was indeed over.
GM BTW 🫡
