After an action packed year packed with lessons and forums Zimbabwe Labour Center, Briggs Zano Working Peoples College is taking a moment to catch our breath for the holidays from today till the 16th of January 2026.We wish you a merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
Our last class for the year is the 12th class, also known as Getrude Mtombeni, taking on Political Economy and Labour Relations, facilitated by Dr Tafadzwa Choto. The Zimbabwe Labour Center, Briggs Zano Working Peoples College will also be closing for the festive season.
๐ตINPICTURES: This weekend our 13th class takes on Labour Economics 1 facilitated by our Principal Munyaradzi Mavesere. As part of our classes, students come for their physical lessons after every 4 weeks and continue theย modulesย online.
Today the first cohort of the Progressive Young Workers Academy (PYWA) graduated as the pioneers of a program by the Zimbabwe Labor Centwe in Partnership with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung to capacitate Trade Unionists on different issues.

#INPICTURES: The Zimbabwe Labour Center held the orientation for the incoming 13th class which is set to start its lectures next month. Solidarity messages were given to the new students by different union representatives and alumnis who encouraged the students to do their best.
