To whom it may concern, Toronto is a mess to drive, walk or ride. When will the ridiculous amout of road construction end. No matter which way I go I am delayed by traffic due to closed lanes & torn up roads. Why is this acceptable?

@311Toronto there is a metal sogn holder on the wast bound lanes just before the DVP on ramp. I am another car just ran over it, thankfully no.damage. but it hard to see
