THE ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED!
It was a carrier issue, for some reason, ISP A1 doesn't work (but how does 2FA work?)
I tried a number from Mts ISP and it worked flawlessly!

Honetsly i don't know what the issue could be, could you try and tell me what to do because i did all these steps or is there a way to whitelsit a channel?
Also mail used on this account is not same if you need info for name of channel, tell me.
Thanks in advance...

Before you say anything, I'll tell you what i did while im trying to verify :

-i did both options
-Serbia is an existing option
-i tried different browsers
-i waited 72 hours (I was once waiting 3 months and no result)
-i didn't use VPN
