Hi can someone help with locating my delivery please? States delivered and a picture of the parcel with no identifying features of where this has been left? @RoyalMailHelp nowhere to be found on my property, no card through letterbox!

When you request a parcel drop due to not being home, UPS change it to your home address, so you are not able to change delivery options as they have made a change, then inspite of leaving instructions on failed delivery card on the door, so now we without our order!!Thanks @UPS

Waiting for a special package to arrive, states was posted on 13th July with a photograph that looks like it's in the back of a van! Address is incorrect, been to house on photo they have not had card through or delivery. We have checked outbuildings etc. @RoyalMailHelp help?
