UK unemployment rises again: to 5.1% in October, highest joblessness rate since pandemic year 2021. It was 4.2% when Labour took power.
Payrolled employment fell by 38,000 in a single month. It is now down 187,000 jobs since last November.
Vacancies fell as well, though had been rising a bit recently.
Comparisons are a bit complicated but it looks like we have the fastest rising unemployment rate in the G7.

Can you imagine the backlash by main stream media if any of the women last Wednesday or those campaigning for women’s rights, using logic, statistics, facts, biology & law, behaved the way those individuals did yesterday? Holding up signs asking for the injury & death of others. Urinating on & defacing statues. Yet still we struggle to get not biased representation. I always said in sport it shouldn’t take the death of a female in a contact sport to prove the obvious! And I was determined to do my little bit to try & stop it.
