@mcrmanuk @zavvi_cs They are AWFUL!! Had my money since Nov 2022. THEY eventually cancelled it as they couldn’t fulfil it and now can’t seem to refund it!!!! Countless conversations later and still no closer! Absolute joke of a company!!!!

@zavvi YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! AVOID! They will take your money, cancel your order and never give you a refund. No luck through their chat service. Post a trust pilot review and get told they never got funds even tho they sent one item out mnths ago!!!

@zavvi I ordered in November 2022. You couldn’t fulfil my order and now I have to keep chasing for a refund. I’ve contacted you 3 times and I’m still being told to wait. Supposed to hear from a manager and still nothing!!

@UberEats @Uber_Support I placed an order @ 12 o'clock today. Payment has been taken but no order history and order did not arrive. Ordered again and that order turned up. Please advise how I get my money back for the first one I placed.

@virginmedia No. I spoke with an agent on 11th Nov who said they escalated it to a manager. Still heard nothing. I had to pay to get my service back on even tho I owe nothing. Been told lies by 2 agents and I'm still made to pay money to get my service back. Should've gone with BT as planned
