one thing i've personally noticed about getting better at communication is that the practice has to look a lot like the real thing. like if you want to speak better, don't spend all your time watching people speak. just speak !

if you want to get better at explaining things, stop trying to sound intelligent and start trying to make the other person understand you.

if you're recording yourself, don't just listen and feel good about it. listen back and catch the parts where you sounded unclear. even those little exercises help. like reading out loud, keeping a notebook, recording short voice notes and explaining an idea without using complicated words.

look the goal isn't to sound impressive, it's to make what you're thinking easy for somebody else to understand.
