Every award-winning learning experience begins with a question. The difficult part is refusing to settle for the first answer.
For months, our teams challenged every aspect of the learner experience. Could AI make learning more immersive? Would the platform support multiple languages? How could participants be supported throughout the journey? And most importantly, how could learning translate into real-world impact?
Three months and countless discussions later, those questions led to 'Communicating with Impact', a learning journey that moved beyond traditional training. By combining AI-powered immersive experiences, practical application, continuous reinforcement, and measurable outcomes, we set out to make communication a skill that could be practiced, strengthened, and applied every day.
Today, we are proud to share that the program has been recognized with the Silver Award for Excellence in Learning Experience.
