By monitoring your wallet, this telegram mini app tracks gaming asset holdings and delivers personalized notifications and updates such as news, mint dates, playtests, and more.

In future iterations of the mini app we will be giving access to a Woof Terminal. Giving you a powerful tool to deliver actionable and up to date data in the crypto gaming space.

The Woof companion is for you, we plan to build and iterate with the community to have a healthy feedback loop that builds something you want to use every day.

Yesterday we announced that Woof will be launching on @avax.

For the last three years Wolves have been obsessed with crypto gaming.

We read 100s of whitepapers, wrote gaming reports, and minted millions of dollars worth of crypto gaming assets.

And in all that time of monitoring the space, Avax continued to champion games.

Regardless if it was a bull or bear.

They have supported the industry by supporting creators on and off the camera.

Buying booths at GDC and other major conferences that put web3 gaming on display.

This is an update on Wolves & our SBTs for other communities on the come up.

I hope to pass on some lessons through building @WolvesDAO these past 2.5 years.

I want to prefix all I’m about to say with we have made a lot of mistakes. Me being at the top of that leaderboard.

Also Wolves aren’t perfect, but strive to be the best we can be in the ever changing world of crypto.

On to how Wolves operate and why I believe our SBT system is the best for small communities w/ 500 and below.

1. We are a meritocracy

The Wolves work based on merit and the rewarding of work through public recognition.

This may come to a shock to some but you aren’t given an SBT based on getting accepted into the Wolves.

We only have around 160 SBT holders.

Your journey starts when you get accepted. This has been the biggest issue with new members entering the Wolves.

They think once they make it in they can coast. Wrong, you are soon met with people who have been sharpened by the discord for months and will ignore low effort posting.

Gms or any low effort comments found in our server is addressed via DMs or blatantly ignored.

@MariaFuzzyland @ProofOfDork @SinjinDavidJung @icobeast @huntersolaire_ @freaz7 @info_insightful all participate at a high level and set the tone for new people.

2. Public recognition is paired with reward. We have a system called meat. It is hard to come by because it isn’t given out by a bot or even outlined on how to obtain it.

It is manually given by core contributors who have been trusted either through past participation or volunteering their time to build the wolves.

Because it is manually given out and no one really knows how it is earned, it does not breed grinders trying to hit a certain threshold to obtain the reward.

Once a person has obtained 3 meat usually takes around 2-3 months we put them into @carv_official to get a SBT.

3. If people know me, especially @SamSteffanina & @sparkcsays, they know I want everyone in the Wolves.

Unfortunately I know that would ruin the community. So I refrain from doing so.

Part of the magic for Wolves is that it is a congregation of people that value the opinions of it’s members due to long standing relationships.

What I do hope is to connect with other communities and make more meaningful connections with their leaders and be more public facing such as WolvesDEN and spaces.

I have the utmost respect for community builders. One of the hardest jobs in the world of crypto.

Also SBTs are a powerful UA tool, anyone looking at Wolves SBTs can rest assured that someone who owns an SBT has made it through an application process and had to participate on the topic of web3 gaming over a period of months.

Majority of NFTs can be bought and not earned.

Wolves are different.
