Anxious kids don’t need more reassurance. They need repeated practice at doing hard things without a parent hovering. One concrete start: let a 9-year-old walk to the corner store alone while you stay home. Sit with your own discomfort. That’s the treatment.
Joe Rogan was crashing before two shows. Three minutes in cold water and the club asked why he was so wired.
He says fill a bathtub, throw ice in, get in. It does not have to be a spa. He paid his daughter and her friends a thousand dollars a minute to stay in. Peeled off hundreds. The parents stared. The kids laughed when they got out. That was the point for him. The hard thing first. The energy after.
Tired is often just a body that has not been shocked awake yet.
A limb is amputated every three minutes in America because of diabetes.
RFK has woken up the country to this chronic disease crisis.
But the Democratic public health platform going into the mid-terms is to abjectly lie about measles deaths to scare people.

AIs (LLMs) are consensus reprocessors not truthtellers. The training set has been juiced for years, some sources (themselves consensus-based) given privileged influence, and in many ways the whole process is self-amplifying. This is no revelation, but it does bear repeating.
Sorry to be this way but I'm noticing a front line competency crisis with human beings that may more than make up for any gains we're getting from AI. Now I'm not saying there's a relationship – I'm not saying the competency is going out a technological back door – but, well...
This is Dawson William Clancy. 💙 He was only 3 years old.
During Dawson’s autopsy testimony, Medical Examiner Dr. Barbara Olson described trauma to his neck and petechial hemorrhaging inside his mouth, around his eyes and across his face. She described a horizontal ligature furrow around his neck, along with abrasions associated with it.
The prosecutor specifically pointed out that the petechial hemorrhaging across Dawson’s face appeared darker and more extensive than what was seen on his sister Cora.
Dr. Olson agreed: the hemorrhaging was more prominent in Dawson.
She explained that this indicated there were moments during the compression when blood was able to push through, causing increases in pressure and additional hemorrhaging.
When prosecutors asked what could cause that movement, Dr. Olson explained that it could come from movement of the ligature, movement of the person handling the ligature — or movement of Dawson himself.
Reporting from the courtroom summarized her testimony as saying Dawson’s hemorrhaging could have resulted from him struggling or from changes in the pressure of the ligature.
That testimony is incredibly difficult to hear when you remember we are talking about a 3-year-old little boy.
And then there is a Facebook post Lindsay made about Dawson years earlier.
When Dawson was 19 months old, Lindsay wrote in a parenting group:
“My 19-month-old is the most difficult human I have ever encountered.”
She went on to say that she meant it with love but couldn’t make it through a day without becoming frustrated with him and wrote:
“EVERY. SINGLE. THING. with him is a battle.”
She described battles over diaper changes, getting dressed, putting on shoes and a jacket, and getting in and out of his car seat. She wrote that he fought her “every step of the way.”
Knowing what ultimately happened to this little boy makes those words extraordinarily difficult to read now.
Dawson wasn’t a diagnosis.
He wasn’t a piece of evidence.
He wasn’t simply “one of the Clancy children.”
He was Dawson.
He was 3 years old.
He deserved birthdays, first days of school, scraped knees, Christmas mornings, baseball games, teenage years and an entire lifetime that he never got to have.
Whatever verdict comes back in this case, please don’t let the person on trial become more important than the children whose lives were taken.
Remember Dawson William Clancy.
No big deal, just proof the FDA knew the COVID Vaxx was poisoning women’s ovaries as early as NOVEMBER 2020.
And NOBODY will ever be held accountable.
Our country is run by criminal murderous psychopaths. And there’s no way to vote our way out of this. Have a good day.
Governor Shapiro's unseemly rush to Lancaster County to convene a national press conference and his giddy delight in announcing two measles deaths was a morose commentary on the contemporary political dialogue. The performance was a replay of the Democrats' COVID playbook: fearmongering, misinformation, finger-pointing, and the weaponization of infectious disease fears for political gain.
The announcement appears to have been premature, and the deaths may even have been altogether fabricated by one of the Governor's hopeful staffers. The Lancaster County Coroner says that it has no record of any measles deaths. State law requires that all measles deaths be reported to the coroner.
Governor Shapiro shattered tradition and violated standard public health policy by refusing to share information with the County Health Department or CDC.
Since I have been in office, CDC has had a superb record of cooperation, information sharing, and professionalism with blue- and red-state governors and health officials. Those collaborations have resulted in effective control of the global measles outbreak in this country.
Governor Shapiro got his headlines. He correctly gambled that the slavish mainstream media would dutifully amplify his scolding without any effort to check his facts.
So much has happened in the last year since we lost CK. Many awful moments. Many miracles. The All-American Halftime Show was one of the latter.
50 million+ people tuned in that night to hear great music and the gospel. A very special evening.
