@MasterBolaji @ShopKonga @JumiaNigeria Unfortunately I'm having an opposite experience. I'm a regular but not sure I'll ever shop on @ShopKonga again! I ordered an item since February 2nd after got delivered a different item. I returned the item and till date no word about a refund till now. No money no item ordered
