Received an email on 21 June 2026 stating my request is “expected to be resolved by 30 May 2026.”Amazing.Request No. 24525478. Still unresolved.

@abhealthin After 35+ calls, 15+ emails, nearly 20 days of delay, this is the update we receive. An email dated 21 June 2026 promising resolution by 30 May 2026. If this level of attention is being given to customer requests, the delay suddenly makes perfect sense.
