Being denied rightful cashless claim during emergency admission, now being forced by u, we submitted reimbursement docs to u. Kindly don't give excuses, cite some clauses etc. Senior citizens trusted you, don't play tricks with them after taking their money

Have checked and taken insurance from @ManipalCigna , whose good impression was given me by @policybazaar
Cashless claim was rejected with vague reasons, even as Hospital is from Manipal group itself which admitted citing life threat.
