Just had a chat with @OptimumHelp and this is how much a joke of a company #optimum is. Let this be a warning to future customers.

After 4 days they could not give any type of update or progress made.

They said this was an unplanned outage… as opposed to what? Planned ones?

@RaceCrossWorlds I figured it out! For anyone having the same issue. Make sure you don’t have any other peripherals like fight stick or game pads connected. Restart steam and try again.
