I’ve never bought shawarma from your store before, only rice, but seeing this has honestly changed my mind. If this is what happened with the shawarma, I’m no longer comfortable buying it again — not even the rice.

Food hygiene is too serious to overlook. I’ll also advise my friends to be careful and reconsider eating there until this issue is properly addressed.
