@TheMansaWorld opening act for Afreximbank’s Farewell Conference for Prof Oramah and Investiture Ceremony for Dr. Elombi, with guests ranging from political leaders, African central bank governors, major corporations and business titans such as Dangote.

📍@TheMansaWorld is honoured to be in Cairo to participate in a serious of farewell and investiture events for the outgoing president of @afreximbank Prof Oramah and the incoming president Dr Elombi.

📍With an 80 cast and crew ensemble from Ghana, we will be staging our theatrical epic “Mansa Musa and The Trail of Lost Gold, The Prelude”, and some other bespoke performances.

📍We are, particularly, grateful to have the opportunity to honour Prof Oramah for his visionary leadership of the bank over the past decade and his unwavering commitment to the growth of Africa’s Creative Economy. 6 months of preparations, 3 months of rehearsals, 1 month in Barbados… @TheMansaWorld is ready to represent Ghana and Africa @CARIFESTAXV in Barbados.

With a 150 combined team of Ghanaians and Bajans working aroud the clock to present what I believe will be one of the most impactful Afro-Carribean artistic collaborations since Osibisa.

This is not just a show, it is a tangible manifestation of the dreams of integration by our founding fathers and mothers. It is a sign of much more to come.

We have done what is humanly possible, despite the impossibe odds, to make this happen. And we now leave the rest to God🙏🏾
