I have recently been diagnosed with a rare incurable eye condition called "Keratoconus" which has caused me to rapidly lose vision in both of my eyes.
Unfortunately I do not have insurance to cover the cost of the surgery, so I am humbly asking for help.

@mrsindigo@AphasiaFade @jessekindt @CA_EDD I called, 1(800) 300-5616. I dialed 1 for English then I waited for the prompt to finish talking. I then selected option 1 then option 2 then I waited for the prompt and then I selected option 4.
It took me about 200 calls to be able to talk to someone.
@AphasiaFade @jessekindt @CA_EDD Yes thats what I meant sorry, she filed a new claim for me because its been a year and its going to expire on the 1st is what she told me. When I asked how im going to certify on the second she said the claim she filed for me just basically re-activated my claim for another year.
@AphasiaFade @jessekindt @CA_EDD So if I were you I would contact them and get connected with a tier 2 rep, she fixed my issue instantly. She filed the application for me and she accepted me right then and there. I will kept on the extension is what she told me. So this weekend when I certify it should be np.
@_xmalaykr @AphasiaFade @jessekindt @CA_EDD I can confirm, the extension appears in your claim balance when you certify not before, a tier 2 rep just told me as she helped me fix my problem.
@AphasiaFade @jessekindt @CA_EDD Once I get more info ill update you but everyone has been saying not to reapply because they might do it for you and instantly put you on PUA but the website literally says to reapply. Im going to wait to talk to someone before I reapply.
@AphasiaFade @jessekindt @CA_EDD I just got through again to be told they couldnt help but gave me some useful information for my case. My benefit year ends on the 4th so a day after yours, she said I should keep calling the normal number and when I get ahold of claims that they will give me more info.
