पंजाब के मेधावी स्कूलों मे मेधावी व्याख्याता 282, डीपीई 16, कंप्यूटर शिक्षक 13, कुल संख्या = 311 द्वारा पंजाब के शिक्षा विभाग मे अच्छे परिणाम देने के बावजूद भी पंजाब सरकार शिक्षा विभाग में 311 (नगण्य संख्या) मेधावी शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति क्यों नहीं करना चाहती?
