This was due to the lack of direct oversight on US operations from Magnis. Hoshi is being paid AUD$450K pa. He is based in Georgia though, so can't see significant onsite presence in Endicott NY. Would be good to have an update from Hoshi

@McSeniorBurger @gumboots10 Nothing. $MNSEF was just trading at US$0.026, which is the equivalent of AU$0.04. $MNS on the ASX is AUD$0.074 (yes, in suspension), there is an arbitrage opportunity. Who knows what $MNS will trade at though when able. Hopefully begins trading with positive news/cashflows

@stockswami @gumboots10 He said in the Senate hearing he offered his services for free a couple of years prior to his employment and this offer was rejected. I suspect he was employed as a result of his persistence, strong presence and major shareholder support and encouragement at the time.

"In July 2023, we commenced a new investigation into suspected false or misleading statements and breaches of continuous disclosure obligations by Magnis. This investigation is continuing"

It's still there...in Tanzania...The project Bankability was reviewed in September 2022 and continued to indicate a positive investment decision.

@AndrewJohnPrice @magnisenergytec I think the market cap has fallen from around $700Mill to $100Mill, so around a $600mill loss of market cap. No-one is denying that, but to say shareholders have lost in excess of $1 billion is an untrue statement
