@C_Veggie @DrNadolsky It suppresses appetite. If that stubborn 20 lbs is because it’s difficult to eat less than your BMR consistently then GLP-1 agonists will help. I find keto/carnivore/low carb diets with tracking calories is enough for me to maintain or lose weight (a lbs a week) pretty easy.
