In our metropolis, Bareilly, which comes under the Smart City project, power supply remains disrupted throughout the night. Complain on 1912, Twitter, or anywhere.. There is no hearing anywhere.
Even the phone does not pick up in Rajendra Nagar Power House.

राजेंद्र नगर पावर हाउस में तो फोन भी नहीं उठता।
