Robert Eggers reveals why he is directing a new ‘ROMEO & JULIET’ movie:
“After ‘Werwulf’ I was writing another horror movie and it got so dark again that I was like, ‘I need a break,’ so I’ll just do something about 2 teenagers killing themselves.”
The movie was 100% correct to clock him as a guy who kinda just emptied himself out to be a meme. Answering his wife’s phone calls with “this is Chris Hansen” etc
Sorry to Joe Alwyn but
“I know it seems like he shines so bright, but he’s bathing in your reflected light on a free solo social climb”
is one of the nastiest reads Taylor Swift has ever penned, and she’s got a lot of good ones
Taylor Swift pulling 13.7M Spotify streams for "Patient Zero" is insane when you break down the rollout
She changed every 'O' in her bio to '0', dropped a 4-track surprise pack, and wrote a song warning a toxic ex's new girl that she was "patient zero."
She literally got married two months ago and is still breaking 2026 streaming records with breakup lore.
The pop engine is now unstoppable
IF YOU WANNA PARTY WITH SOMEBODY WHO MIGHT KNOW ABOUT THE DEVIL ON HIS SHOULDER UNDER HIS HALO WHEN THE TOXINS TAKE THEIR HOLD YOU'D RATHER DIE THAN LET IT GO BUT IF YOU'RE SICK OF HIM I GOT YOU I WAS PATIENT ZEROOOOOOOOO
“Draw You Out” for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (The Album)… out October 2nd
This is something I’ve always wanted to do and I am so grateful for the opportunity to write for this moving film, having adored the works of art by Suzanne Collins. I was already totally connected and inspired by the tragic yet hopeful story of Haymitch and Lenore Dove, and writing a song about the purpose, grief and perseverance through pain that they exemplify was an experience I’ll always be grateful for. This is an incredible film, and I am so honored to be a small part of it.

Lance Oppenheim says Chris Hansen’s reaction to “Primetime” is “exactly what the film is about.”
"When he first heard about it, he was quite excited. He was at CrimeCon saying, 'I’m sorry, I’m not Robert Pattinson, but I’m Chris Hansen.' Several weeks later, we wanted to show it to him and there was a fairly standard NDA he didn’t want to sign."
"Since then, he has done what Chris Hansen, the showman, does and has said a lot more about it. His reaction to the film right now is exactly what the film is about. I was a fan of Chris Hansen, and I still am. That’s why I wanted to make this film. Yes, he’s a journalist. Yes, he’s an entertainer. But he’s also an artist. He made this hall of mirrors, with adult actors pretending to be children and sets that looked like something out of 'Blue Velvet.' Without that show, I don’t think I would be making films the way I do."
