@leenyburger My recommendation is change "resize before upload" to "upload image" and change "resize on demand" to "resize image". That way you've given an opportunity to lower bw cost, and retained the ability to edit if needed.

As a user, why would I be concerned when the image is resized? I would only care that it was done.

As an operator, I'd probably be concerned about bandwidth and want the image resized before it was sent.
