@suttontrust 100% agree - we've found numerous occasions where individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds have been unable to partake in apprenticeships due to barriers to entry such as low wages, meaning they cannot support themselves or their dependents. #NAW2024 #BackTheFuture
