@sidhant Patriotism and Chauvinism has a fine. Think of a situation where 10 other countries boycott if India doesnt allow pakistan to participate! India should come out as best host of games, Irrespective of pakistan wining anything.
@RiseBharata Non sense barricades, no sense of road lines , no foot path, all sense in making another gurgaon shit … 150 cr people and growing … no lessons learnt
@thegreghead 5/n There are numerous Power Boards in India most of them are running business hand to mouth- PGINVIT Management has ample time to be lucky with a few power boards running to them to get cash. So my input is to STAY LONG in #pginvit#powergrid
@thegreghead 1/n Yes, INVIT has a visible cashflow for next 28-30 year due to long term contract. As per SEBI guidelines 90% of Net Distributable cash flow to be distributed to share holders, so more or less dividend is predictable as per the expected cashflow. #pginvit#indigrid#sebi#NSE
@thegreghead 4/n So if we trust PGINVIT Project Management Team to be lucky with new assets, which i think they should, then people who purchase at 82 will get the money returned in 6-7 years! #pginvit#powergrid#NSEIndia#bseindia
@thegreghead 2/n if the purchase price is Rs 100, at Rs 12 dividend the % returns are 13%+ (if we consider the 12% of "Taxable Dividend" + 1%+ "Not Taxable dividend") . For Rs 82 (current price) the returns are 14.5%! #pginvit#iigrid#SEBI#NSEINDIA
@thegreghead 3/n with reduction in cash flow (as per CF sheet 2024) even if the distributable cash flow reduces by 25% still the returns are around 10% -- which a few INVITs/REITs are giving as of now.
3. As the company has not taken any debt for new investment so it has more scope to manoeuvre for new assets than INDIGRID. lets hope that management adds new asset in next 3 years which will increase the yield beyond 10% at current price.

After that there is not much change/ or drastic reduction in cash flow beyond Fy29 cash flow is almost stable during this period. Fy29 equates to 9.5 % to 11% returns at 85 rupees, with dividend 8.5 to 9.5 . #pginvit#invit#powergrid #bse#nse
