The list is very long. I honestly don’t know how many cases I should post. The rot appears far deeper than I had imagined.
Accountability is a must but one person cannot fix a system this deeply compromised. I won’t be posting any more individual cases for now. There is little point when the problem seems so deep-rooted. Thank you to everyone who supported me, stood by me and amplified these concerns.
And let this be on record, if anything happens to my reputation, livelihood, safety or life because I raised these questions, the people and institutions responsible for the consequences should be held accountable.

They run toward emergencies while the rest of us run away. They carry the weight of patients’ survival on shoulders barely out of medical school, through sleepless nights, relentless wards, and responsibilities no salary reflects.
