@SouthernRailUK Hi Shawn, lovely to meet you. If I were to guess, I think I got on one of the middle carriages (in terms of the Clapham junction platform, I got on directly opposite the pasty shop on platform 13). I was sitting on the left hand side of the train in the direction of travel.

@LNER I have a ticket for this evening from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh. Due to the heat and recommendations not to travel, I plan to travel on Wednesday instead. 1) Will my ticket be eligible for Wednesday? 2) how do I book a new seat reservation and bike reservation?Thanks
