Abolish the Collegium.

Create All India Judicial Service.

Transparent, examination-based recruitment.
And reservation in higher judiciary too.

Public has every right to know how judges who decide our lives, liberty and family cases are selected.

Read the notice carefully. On September 20, 2023, the government reduced the NEET-PG qualifying percentile to zero for all categories, including General, EWS, General PwBD, SC, ST and OBC.

This means the revised eligibility criteria applied uniformly across all categories. The claim that only reserved-category candidates benefited from the lower qualifying score completely contradicts the official notice.

#Reservation is not a gift from Brahmins Baniyas to SC/STs/OBCs. It goes back to the Poona Pact of 1932 when Ambedkar was forced to give up separate electorates for the Depressed Classes in exchange for reserved seats within the general electorate.

It is the thin thread that keeps the Bahujan majority from revolution.

Brahmins don't understand simple thing that reservation hasn't just helped the marginalized. It has also protected the old social order and Brahmin dominance. By giving a small share to the oppressed, it has kept the bigger system safe from real change.

If reservation is removed, the fight will no longer be about reservation. It will become a fight about revolution vs reservation itself.
