Update: It is now almost 72 hours, they still don't pick up calls. Issue unresolved. They keep assigning and reassigning technicians. @Safaricom_Care@SafaricomPLC
Safaricom home fiber doesn't respond to customers. If they do, the maintenance people are mostly stretched they aren't able to resolve the issues. All those calls, hakuna ata moja ilishikwa, I gave up. I wouldn't recommend the service atp. @Safaricom_Care@SafaricomPLC
@dnkariuki@Safaricom_Care I can understand the business reasons, but the consequence is that they have now entrusted their customers to people who may/may not simply understand them. They know there's nothing I can do about it.

This is how some systems break families, how many more stories like this exist?
Hello guys humbly asking you help me follow for my bag
After the marathon I was in a rush to get back home because I had a meeting with Proff Guthua et al to plan for Ianβs case then surgery next day .
In my rush to pack I unfortunately put all my electronics and important stuff in my checking luggage . Unfortunately @easyJet lost my luggage . After two weeks of promises in the DM that they had found it and were shipping it to Nairobi they sent me this email yesterday lying that my bag was delivered π‘
This is completely false . I was personally at the airport the day they said my bag will be delivered and it wasnβt there . I even bumped into some fans at the airport who assured me I donβt need to go there that as soon as my luggage was there they actually do door delivery ( true delta once delivered to my doorstep even though they donβt fly to Nairobi themselves )
Basically kitu nilirudi nayo ni nguo nilikua nimevaa.
Please help me get my luggage from these frauds π . If you are ever in Europe please think twice before using them to handle your luggage π
Kijana ya nyumbani @LarryMadowo please help me call them out πππ
@Branicemercy Let me plug this here, juu makosa ishafanyika. Next time, please consider getting yourself a travel insurance. Get a quote from as low as $20.
@don_floki @_Wanyonyi1 But isn't that a niche that even the crook lawyers wanafaa wakue wameidentify?
If I'm a lawyer, kazi itakuwa shakedowns and out of court settlements, at least a sort of justice to the victims.
@Wanjiku_LD@manucho__ke@Urunzii There's another perspective also; insurers are basically suppliers, and in an open market, the suppliers compete against themselves, meaning a better deal for the client. A win if you asked me.
@Wanjiku_LD@manucho__ke@Urunzii On the other side, some people may feel like you are getting something out of the pre-agreed proposal, or they may feel like they can get a better deal from a different insurer.
All we try to do is to ensure maximum satisfaction to our clients.
@manucho__ke@Wanjiku_LD@Urunzii Basically, when you buy a car, most banks will give you quotations from different insurers. Once you've selected (they'll obviously guide you if you request), then you pay, and you have your insurance. If you don't have the money outright, then Insurance Premium Financing (IPF).
There are influencers, then there is @shikshaarora_. We are witnessing one of the best empowerment drive being done by her courtesy of @Shell_Kenya. She's smooth, professional & easy to adapted in any environment. I'll support by doing a free tag on #KameivanaNaShell anyday.ππ½
