@VasculonR I completely agree with you. Not easy at all. We rely on having those able to do it and offer the service to the patients! I guess not everyone will do them and those that do, fellowships and maintain practice in high volume centres with excellent mentorship and teamwork 👍

Tertiary referral for Infected 4 Fen Anaconda 3 months after implantation. Positive blood culture for S aureus. Septic pseudoaneurysm on CT bridging stent with massive splenic septic embolism. High uptake on PET for suprarenal part of the FEVAR. #aortaEd
