🚨 ITF RUG UPDATE 🚨

One of the private investment vehicles within Cloak DAO was compromised through a social engineering attack. Roughly $1M was stolen after the perpetrator failed to return ITF funds during the withdrawal period and went silent.

The individual has been personally identified, some funds recovered, and the matter is now under active investigation by U.S. authorities. ITF profits were fabricated, and the perpetrator has been fully removed from the ecosystem.

It’s a disappointing moment but the Cloaks community remains unified, resilient, and stronger than ever.
