Athletes please please please know you can ALWAYS find someone to reach out to. It’s perfectly fine to not feel okay at times. You do not have to take the world on by yourself. This is something I truly wish I would’ve realized as a student-athlete.

On my morning coffee run I took Quinnley for a ride. As I got my coffee she was not having it. I tried playing the Bluey theme for her but that didn’t work. Then I played my Forrest Frank Radio on Spotify and immediately she calmed down. Highly suggest that as an everyday listen
