@RunItBackFDTV@MichelleDBeadle@ChandlerParsons@TeamLou23 Spoken like a guy who hasn't experienced the pain of watching dude struggle in their system. The system is Steph. If you're moving on from Steph, sure, keep him but he was never going to succeed in GS. The mistake was waiting five years to come to that conclusion.
@egavactip Readers: is a subscription to The Atlantic worth $79 annually? The answer is YES. But, check your local public library as some offer the digital version for FREE through platforms like Flipster, Overdrive, etc.
@CorbinSmithNFL Mack was the comp that came to mind & one of the few deals w/multiple 1sts that could be categorized as 'successful.' That's a gamble I wouldn't be comfortable taking. Would rather they trade a first & second during a draft to secure a more affordable edge.
@WarriorNationCP Murray or bust. The Richards + O'Neale package fills more needs over SAC's offer. Warriors are now on the other end of the Jimmy Butler situation. Should have dealt JK shortly after bringing Jimmy on.
@chumongka@gswcba Alternative is to tell JK they wont do a sign-n-trade & will match any RFA offer he gets. If he doesn't want to waive the no trade clause then he gets the qualifying and 15 min per game off the bench.
@DanielFBailey@anthonyVslater I don't see JK ever helping a team win a championship as a team's top-2 player...but that's what he's asking to be paid. The mistake was not trading him last year.
@Salisbury62@iNfAMOUS70702@ShamsCharania Now Mike is stuck w/the Kuminga situation. Bob couldn't talk Lacob out of taking him there even tho consensus was it was a high ceiling/low floor risk. Wagner had fans in the GS front office & time has shown he could have contributed sooner & would have been the better fit.
@Salisbury62@iNfAMOUS70702@ShamsCharania Bob deserves his due but having three generational talents in their prime on rookie or first contract provides a GM w/way more options. Plus, Bob didn't have a 2nd apron keeping him from spending Lacob's $. Mike has already proven himself to be a better evaluator of draft talent.
