We understand the importance of examination but is it more important than student lives?
@NSUIAssam stands firmly with the protesting students of Gauhati University.

Gauhati University authority and @mygovassam should not play with the future of the students. They should consider the demands of the students of the university and announce a solution at the earliest while protecting the interests of all.

No chance that the State Government will issue any directives for Educational Institutions to conduct Online tests/classes.
However, it’s up to the respective Authorities of Institutions to take up such decisions if needed.
Students say, “what’s the point of postponing exams till 24th & conducting rest again. Many students are positive, many showing symptoms.”
Notably, Gauhati & Cotton Univ. postponed examinations that were only scheduled till January 24. Rest will be as per schedule.
