I can’t emphasise how many problems I’ve had with the trains in the UK. The ‘supposed’ bus replacement hasn’t shown up after 30 minutes.

If @Trans_pennine9 @TPExpressTrains @thetrainline truly think a £2.50 refund for the LAST train will suffice then they are more ignorant and intolerable than I could ever have believed.
This was the LAST train with NO other option to get to.

Update: no further rail replacement from @thetrainline or @TPExpressTrains so we have had to get an Uber fro Liverpool to Manchester costing £110… My flailing faith in public transport in this country has finally collapsed
