IITs and IIMs gives 100 % placement gurantee BUT NO BOND.
Whereas admission in MD/ MS gives you bond and no gurantee of placement.
With advancements in technical field India / Bharat should introduce bonds in all govt institutions inculding IITs & IIMs OR finish the bond system from all MBBS, MD/MS courses as well.
