@Arsenal bit of a long shot - I ordered brand new shirt on 22 May. Evri have failed to deliver it. Arsenal’s own tracking info says it has been returned to Arsenal. I’ve had to submit a form on the Arsenal Direct website earlier today. I’ve still heard nothing back.

Companies should be forced to tell you what delivery company they use . I would refuse to order from anyone that uses them useless cunts Evri . They’ve just delivered my parcel to the other side of London . Not the first time they’ve fucked up my delivery

#evri joke of a company. Gave me a 2hr window for a delivery then 35mins after that window finished got sent a new delivery window. Means I’ve had to wait 5hrs for a delivery. Wasted an entire afternoon when an earlier message would have been useful.

Why do @Evri__Delivery lie saying they have tried to deliver a parcel when they clearly have never been anywhere near your house and it’s all made up to save what’s left of their already in tatters reputation. Lying seems to come all to easy to organisations these days

Pretty poor customer experience.

I contacted 2 teams @Evri today about overdue refund. @Evri_HelpUK asked me to DM name, email and mobile. ‘Melissa’ said they’d call me on WhatsApp. That call said i had to install WorldRemit, which I did. When they asked passport details I realised it was a scam so hung up.

@amy_davies45@neal_with_an_A@Arsenal I ordered the white shirt with gold printing around 11pm/12am after the City game, confirmation email came through about 130am, Evri said they were expecting on 21st May & I received it around 5pm on 22nd May. Super quickly but usually Evri can take weeks. Hope it comes quickly!
