@sofadotcom Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever come across - great product but no back up at all. I’ve been trying to speak to someone since 5th August! No reply to mails and forget trying to call them. Even worse than Thames Water!

@Cobratate Well I get the sentiment BUT I wouldn’t expect a partner to stay if they found out they were diligently waiting for someone that had committed a bad offence, why should they?
