COMPLETE CASE SUMMARY
Meesho Advertising, ROI Eligibility, Support & Listing QC Issues
Ticket ID: 785425364306
Case Registered On: 30-07-2026
Seller Name: Withheld for Privacy
Platform: Meesho Supplier Panel
Current Concern: Advertising Panel + ROI Eligibility + Support + Listing QC Review
1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I am raising this detailed escalation regarding an unresolved issue with my Meesho Advertising Panel and the subsequent problems I have experienced with my seller account.
I registered Ticket ID 785425364306 on 30-07-2026 regarding an issue with the ROI+ advertising campaign. The original issue was that the “Meesho Selected Catalogs” section was showing only 2 catalogs, even though I have approximately 102–104 active listings/catalogs.
Because of this, I was unable to use the ROI+ campaign efficiently and was forced to manually select catalogs through the “You Select Catalog” option and manage separate advertising budgets.
Despite repeated follow-ups and submission of supporting evidence, the original issue was not resolved promptly.
I subsequently asked Meesho Support and the Ads Manager for the exact eligibility criteria for ROI – Meesho Select, because I needed to understand why my catalogs were not being considered eligible.
After this, I also began facing another serious issue: 12 listings have been placed under QC review/blocking for up to 48 hours, including listings that were already generating sales and had advertising running.
This has caused substantial disruption to my sales and business operations.
I am requesting a senior-level investigation of the complete timeline and a written, transparent explanation of every issue.
2. ORIGINAL ROI+ ADVERTISING ISSUE
The original complaint was related to the Meesho Advertising Panel.
When I select:
“Set any ROI you want for your ads”
and proceed to create a new campaign, I see:
1. ROI+
2. CPC (Cost Per Click)
When I select ROI+, the system provides a section called:
“Meesho Selected Catalogs.”
The problem is that this section displays only 2 catalogs.
However, I have approximately 102–104 active listings/catalogs.
My other active catalogs were not appearing under the Meesho Selected Catalogs option.
This was the main technical issue for which I registered the support ticket on 30-07-2026.
3. PROBLEM CAUSED BY ONLY TWO CATALOGS BEING SHOWN
Because only two catalogs were being displayed under Meesho Selected Catalogs, I could not manage my advertising through a single ROI+ strategy for my active catalog base.
I was forced to use:
“You Select Catalog”
Under this option, I had to manually select catalogs and manage separate advertising amounts such as:
₹100
₹150
₹200
etc.
With approximately 102–104 active listings, this creates significant additional manual work.
It also makes advertising management more complicated and potentially increases advertising expenditure because campaigns and budgets have to be managed individually instead of through the intended ROI strategy.
My request was therefore to investigate why only two catalogs were being selected and to enable all catalogs that are actually eligible for the ROI+ campaign.
4. EVIDENCE PROVIDED TO MEESHO
I have provided supporting evidence to help Meesho investigate the issue, including:
1. Video recording of the Advertising Panel.
2. Screenshots showing the ROI+ catalog issue.
3. Screenshots of the campaign/catalog selection section.
4. Call recording relating to the support interaction.
5. Written explanations through the support ticket.
6. Follow-up communication requesting a resolution.
The purpose of providing this evidence was to make the issue directly verifiable by the Meesho team.
5. DELAY IN RESOLUTION
The case was registered on 30-07-2026.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved for several days.
I repeatedly requested that the case should remain open until the actual problem was completely resolved.
My position throughout the case has been clear:
The ticket should not be closed merely because a response has been provided. It should remain open until the underlying Advertising Panel issue is actually resolved.
The support-ticket PDF shows multiple interactions and responses during the case. The support communication includes statements regarding attempts to contact me and information concerning the Advertising Panel/upgrade situation.
6. SUPPORT CALL ISSUE
During the handling of the case, I also experienced a serious issue with a support call.
On 05-08-2026, I received calls at approximately:
4:07 PM
4:08 PM
From my side, I attempted to communicate and repeatedly said “Hello”, but I did not receive a response from the support side.
Despite this, the case communication indicated that the call was not answered.
I have a recording relating to this interaction.
I therefore requested Meesho to verify the actual call records and recording before concluding that I did not answer the call.
If a ticket is being closed or marked as customer-unresponsive, the actual call interaction should first be verified.
7. REQUEST TO KEEP THE CASE OPEN
I repeatedly requested that:
Ticket ID 785425364306 should remain open until the issue is completely resolved.
My concern is that closing the ticket without resolving the technical problem does not constitute a proper resolution.
I have already provided evidence and repeatedly explained the issue.
I therefore request that the ticket remain active until:
The Advertising Panel issue is resolved.
The ROI eligibility issue is explained.
The relevant catalog status is clarified.
Any related listing/QC concerns are properly investigated.
8. ROI – MEESHO SELECT ELIGIBILITY QUESTION
During the case, I asked Meesho Support and the Ads Manager for the:
“Exact Eligibility Criteria – ROI – Meesho Select.”
This was a genuine request for clarification.
Meesho subsequently informed me that my catalogs were currently not eligible for ROI – Meesho Select campaigns and suggested using the “You Select” option.
However, I wanted to understand the exact reason and criteria behind this decision.
I therefore asked Meesho to clarify:
1. What are the exact eligibility criteria?
2. Why are my catalogs currently considered ineligible?
3. Which specific parameters are affecting eligibility?
4. What requirements must I fulfil to become eligible?
5. When will the catalogs be reviewed again?
The response available in the case material does not provide me with a detailed, account-specific breakdown of all the criteria responsible for the ineligibility.
9. WHY THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ARE IMPORTANT
I am not simply asking Meesho to make my catalogs eligible without meeting its policies.
I am asking for transparency.
If there are specific requirements related to:
Catalog performance
Orders
Sales
Ratings
Reviews
Seller performance
Inventory
Returns
Catalog quality
Advertising performance
Or any other internal parameter
then Meesho should clearly communicate which criteria apply and which specific requirement my catalogs are currently not meeting.
Without this information, I cannot understand what needs to be improved or when my catalogs may become eligible.
10. ADDITIONAL CONCERN – 12 LISTINGS UNDER 48-HOUR QC REVIEW
After I started asking Meesho Support and the Ads Manager for the Exact Eligibility Criteria – ROI, I began facing another serious problem on my seller account.
A total of 12 listings have been placed under QC review/blocking for up to 48 hours.
This is particularly concerning because these are not simply inactive listings.
According to my information, some of these listings:
Were already generating sales.
Had active advertising running.
Were sale-performing listings.
Were important to my ongoing business.
When such listings are placed under QC review for 48 hours, their availability and sales performance can be affected.
11. TIMING OF THE 12 QC ACTIONS
The timing of these QC actions is a serious concern for me.
I had been asking Meesho Support and the Ads Manager for clarification regarding the Exact Eligibility Criteria – ROI – Meesho Select through my ticket and email.
After this, I began experiencing repeated QC review/blocking actions on my listings.
I want to clearly state that I am requesting an investigation into the timing and circumstances.
I am not presenting the timing alone as proof that the QC actions were intentionally caused by my eligibility questions.
However, because the actions occurred after I began raising these concerns and because they are affecting sale-performing listings, I believe Meesho should investigate the matter and provide a clear explanation.
12. BUSINESS AND SALES LOSS
The combined issues are causing significant business disruption.
The major impacts include:
1. Loss of sales opportunities.
2. Sale-performing listings being unavailable during QC review.
3. Up to 48-hour review periods affecting active listings.
4. Advertising campaigns being affected.
5. Additional manual advertising work.
6. Difficulty managing more than 100 active catalogs.
7. Increased time spent following up with support.
8. Loss of valuable business time.
9. Potential loss of customers and orders.
The impact is especially serious when listings that are already generating sales and receiving advertising are placed under QC review.
13. CONCERN REGARDING ADVERTISING PERFORMANCE
The original issue itself relates to advertising.
My intention was to use ROI+ properly and efficiently across my eligible catalog base.
Instead:
1. Only 2 catalogs were appearing under Meesho Selected Catalogs.
2. Approximately 102–104 active listings existed.
3. I had to manually select catalogs.
4. Separate budgets had to be managed.
5. I was unable to use the intended campaign structure efficiently.
At the same time, sale-performing listings have subsequently been subjected to QC review.
Together, these issues are affecting both my advertising performance and organic sales.
14. SUPPORT RESPONSE AND CASE HANDLING
The support-ticket history shows repeated interactions during the case.
Meesho's responses included communication regarding attempts to contact me and the Advertising Panel being under an upgrade.
However, the central issue remained unresolved.
My concern is not simply that support contacted me.
My concern is whether the technical issue itself was actually fixed.
A support ticket should not be treated as resolved merely because a call was attempted or a standard response was provided.
The actual technical problem must be investigated and resolved.
15. CONCERN REGARDING TICKET CLOSURE
I repeatedly requested that my case should not be closed until the issue was completely resolved.
I believe that closing the ticket without fixing the Advertising Panel problem would leave the original complaint unresolved.
Therefore, I request that Ticket ID 785425364306 remain open until:
1. The Advertising Panel issue is resolved.
2. The ROI eligibility criteria are clearly explained.
3. The reason for catalog ineligibility is provided.
4. The 12 QC actions are investigated.
5. The call-related issue is verified.
6. A complete written resolution is provided.
16. REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION OF THE 12 LISTINGS
I specifically request Meesho to provide the following information for each of the 12 listings:
1. Exact reason for QC review.
2. Exact policy/criterion applicable to the listing.
3. Date and time when QC review was initiated.
4. Expected duration of the QC review.
5. Why a 48-hour review period was applied.
6. Whether the action was automated or manually initiated.
7. Whether the action is connected to catalog quality, advertising, account performance, or another factor.
8. Whether the listings can be restored immediately if there is no valid violation.
This information is necessary because these listings are affecting my ongoing sales.
17. REQUEST FOR CALL RECORD VERIFICATION
I also request Meesho to verify the calls made around 4:07 PM and 4:08 PM on 05-08-2026.
Please check:
1. Call connection status.
2. Call duration.
3. Whether the call was answered.
4. Whether two-way audio was available.
5. The support executive's recording/log.
6. My submitted recording.
The case should not be treated as customer-unresponsive without verifying these records.
18. REQUEST FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW
Because this case has involved multiple issues, I request that it be escalated to a senior Meesho Advertising/Support team rather than being handled only through repetitive standard responses.
I request a complete review of:
1. Ticket ID 785425364306.
2. ROI+ campaign issue.
3. 102–104 active catalogs.
4. Only 2 catalogs appearing under Meesho Selected Catalogs.
5. ROI – Meesho Select eligibility.
6. My eligibility questions.
7. Support responses.
8. Call records.
9. Submitted call recording.
10. Submitted video evidence.
11. Submitted screenshots.
12. 12 listings placed under 48-hour QC review.
13. Advertising running on sale-performing listings.
14. Resulting sales/business impact.
19. MY EXPECTATION FROM MEESHO
I am not asking for special treatment.
I am asking for:
Fairness, transparency, proper investigation and policy-based treatment.
If my catalogs are genuinely not eligible for ROI – Meesho Select, I want Meesho to clearly tell me why and provide the exact criteria.
If my listings are being placed under QC review, I want the exact reason and policy to be provided.
If there is a technical problem with my Advertising Panel, I want it fixed.
If a support call is recorded as unanswered, I want the actual call records to be verified.
And most importantly, I want the ticket to remain open until the actual problem is resolved.
20. FINAL REQUEST
I request Meesho to urgently review the complete matter and provide a written response covering every concern raised in this case.
My key requests are:
1. Resolve the original ROI+ Advertising Panel issue.
2. Explain why only 2 catalogs are appearing under Meesho Selected Catalogs despite approximately 102–104 active listings.
3. Provide the exact written eligibility criteria for ROI – Meesho Select.
4. Provide the specific reason why my catalogs are currently considered ineligible.
5. Investigate the 12 listings placed under 48-hour QC review.
6. Provide the exact reason and policy for each QC action.
7. Review the impact on sale-performing listings and active advertising.
8. Verify the calls made at approximately 4:07 PM and 4:08 PM on 05-08-2026.
9. Review all submitted screenshots, videos and call recordings.
10. Keep Ticket ID 785425364306 open until the complete issue is resolved.
11. Provide a proper written resolution instead of closing the ticket with a generic response.
21. CLOSING STATEMENT
This matter has already consumed significant time and has affected my advertising management, sales and business operations.
I have continuously cooperated with Meesho Support, provided evidence and explained the issue.
My objective is not to create unnecessary conflict. I simply want my concerns to be investigated fairly and resolved transparently.
However, if the issue continues to remain unresolved, if my ticket is closed without addressing the underlying concerns, or if sale-performing listings continue to be affected without clear explanations, I will consider escalating the matter through appropriate senior-management and external grievance channels, using the relevant documentation and evidence available to me.
I request Meesho to treat this matter seriously, conduct a complete investigation and provide a satisfactory written resolution.
