Happy to accept the bad PR of an audit committee resigning when you're sure everything is fine doesn't fly. It clearly points to her knowing & possibly involved..

Henry looks fairly light weight i don't think 3 male officers would be concerned about restraining him, i believe female officers have the fear of being over powered & didn't want to be embarrassed by giving him an inch.
