Not the first time I've heard of sideways stuff about this Disappearing Inc.
Not even a fan of LTT/LMG but freaking $1900 to rent out a machine while banking on your friends' reputation? Talk about getting dollar signs in the eyes.
I've had multiple people ask what happened to the Disappearing Inc. sponsorship that vanished a few years ago from the channel.
I'll be blunt. He took a business relationship several years in the making and torpedoed it for rent.
Everyone involved got hit with splash damage.
@bclemens Never quite understood planetags or why people buy them, and always had a certain disdain for them. That has now become despising the stupid things.
@nuclearlighter It is a complete computer. I have one by the same manufacturer with an older ALi M6117 chip (identical PCB footprint otherwise). I can see if I find that later.
Your regular reminder that, had the world followed France and built nuclear reactors half a century ago, there would now be no rows about decarbonisation, no IPCC, no Greta Thunberg marches.
The whole problem was created by the green movement.
@oryxspioenkop@kemal_115 At my old machine shop, there was a clipboard attached to the pole for the overhead lighting. Ostensibly so you could clip on the drawing of whatever it is you're machining, and in that case, for us to sign off when we used it, and what for, so any damage could be ascertained 1/2
@The_Real_U_511@krus_chiki@SmokeCrackBitch Seal is not guaranteed. Resin-printed, nice NATO-GoSt adapters exist.
I just use NATO cartridges on the ะจะ-62ะฃ anyway because I just use it (sparsely) for mild chemical vapors, but if it was a life or death scenario I'd like to make sure I'm using a solid setup.
@WidebandMaid Maid, find something new to do. Go to an antiques store and buy some pocket watches, a cheap set of tools and fix those. Buy the cheapest piano you can, spend some time fixing it up and go play it, even out of tune. Dumb examples from my civvie life, but idk that's what I'd do
